One dish, 5 minutes of prep, and a dinner everyone actually eats. That’s a win in my book đŸ’• I love making this dinner ahead and leaving it in the fridge until we get home from sports. Pop it in the oven and enjoy!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. In a baking dish drizzled about 1/4 of a cup of your salad dressing.
  2. 2. Place your chicken breasts in the dish.
  3. 3. Season your chicken with your salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. 4. Drizzle the remaining salad dressing on top of the chicken.
  5. 5. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each chicken breast.
  6. 6. Transfer your croutons to a ziplock bag. Smash them with a mallet or rolling pin. Drizzle in your melted butter.
  7. 7. Top your chicken with the croutons and cover with tin foil.
  8. 8. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. If you like your crust extra crispy bake uncovered for the last 5 minutes.

Notes

You can substitute the seasoning for kinder blend!   I like the serve this dish with some kind of green vegetable. This is a hearty but delicious dinner!
