Chocolate Avocado Pudding (paleo)
I ADORE chocolate. When I was homeschooling our son and we were learning the food groups I had a special section for the importance of good chocolate. I think a little a day is healthy, makes you happy, and tastes amazing. This recipe is super easy, has loads of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, and is perfect for a hot summer treat.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Avocado, Ripe, remove seed and skin
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Or Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Milk, Full fat
