I ADORE chocolate. When I was homeschooling our son and we were learning the food groups I had a special section for the importance of good chocolate. I think a little a day is healthy, makes you happy, and tastes amazing. This recipe is super easy, has loads of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, and is perfect for a hot summer treat.

  2. Blend on high for a minute, may have to stir, until creamy.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more in sealed glass dish.
  4. Enjoy
