- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Flour - Bob's Red Mill
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pistachios, Raw, Chopped
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha

- Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. You don’t have to mix things separately, I mixed them all at once. Once a cookie dough texture forms, roll cookie dough out. Place on baking sheet.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt (optional). Enjoy!
Notes
You can use another nut besides pistachios. You can substitute regular all purpose flour if needed.
