Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & prep an 8x8 baking dish. Mix together bananas and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in oats, cocoa powder, collagen and chocolate chips, if using. Spread batter into pan & bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, then slice into bars!

Notes

If vegan, remove the collagen! It doesn't change the texture of these oatmeal bars.
