- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything together in a blender and pour into a loaf pan or ice cream container (the one I use is from SUMO).
- Freeze for at least 5 hours and scoop!
- It’s best when it’s like this consistency, but you can also freeze for longer and let come to room temp before enjoying.
