Coconut and Fig Ladoos
These delicious sweet ladoos are made from dried figs, walnuts and shredded coconut and have a cardamom flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ghee
- 0.75 cups0.75 cups0.75 cups Black Mission Figs, Turkish dried figs, chopped up
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Walnuts, chopped
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup shredded Coconut
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Cardamom Seed, crushed
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar, optional

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a pan, heat the ghee or coconut oil. Add the chopped dried figs and cook on low to medium heat until soft about 506 minutes. Turn heat off and let cool.
- Add the dried fig mixture, walnuts, shredded coconut, salt and cardamom, coconut sugar (if adding) to a food processor or blender and process for 20-30 seconds.
- Dump the mixture onto a plate.
- Grease your palms with ghee or coconut oil and make ladoos from the mixture (Makes about 12 ladoos)
