Cookie Dough Cake Pops
Not only are these super cute, but you will be blown away when you bite into the melt-in-your-mouth, high protein cookie dough inside! 🤭
Ingredients
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Cashew Butter
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, Softened
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup White Chocolate
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Artificial Dye-Free Food Coloring

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine dough ingredients together and press down into 6-7 silicone popsicle molds
- Freeze for 1 hour
- Make your colors by melted white chocolate with 1-2 tsp coconut oil. Stir in colorant of choice
- Remove popsicles from mold and dip into melted white chocolate. It should harden pretty quickly since the dough was frozen. Lay on parchment paper and drizzle with chocolate color of choice
- For the eyes & ghosts, simple use white chocolate to create the shape on parchment paper and freeze 5 minutes until hardened. Use melted chocolate for eyes and pupils
- Enjoy!
- Keep stored in the fridge!
Notes
You can keep these totally dairy free by using dairy free mini chocolate chips and dairy free white chocolate
