These parfaits pack a sweet, creamy, delicious combination of a homemade cream cheese whipped topping, a silky pumpkin mousse, paired with cinnamon Graham cracker crumbs. They're gluten free, low sugar, and simply irresistible!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat cream, your first 6 tbsp powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, & cinnamon until smooth and combined. Fold 1/3 cup of whipped cream into pumpkin mixture.
  3. Layer the crushed grahams, pumpkin cream, and whipped cream
  4. Enjoy!
