Crispy Kale
Meet the easiest dinner side to throw together! Simple, quick, and delicious every single time, this kale recipe is a go-to when I don't know what else to add to my dinner plate. The balsamic gives it a touch of sweetness, it's flavorful from the seasonings, and massaging the ingredients in breaks down the kale so it's not so bitter.
Ingredients
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Kale, packed, roughly chopped (about 2 bunches)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Primal Palate Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
- pinch pinch pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
- Lemon, wedges, for serving

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Wash kale and dry well.
- Add kale to a parchment paper-llined baking sheet.
- Add ghee, balsamic, salt, Garlic & Herb Seasoning, and granulated garlic and use both hands to massage into the kale so it's fully and evenly coated.
- Spread kale out evenly on baking sheet (it's fine if it's overlapping).
- Place into oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve with a squeeze of lemon!
