Crunchy Cabbage Tuna Salad
This tuna salad is the perfect lunch, it's fresh and quick to make!
Ingredients

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Red Cabbage, Finely sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Lettuce, Romaine, Finely sliced
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Green Onion (Scallion)

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parsley, Chopped

- Drain tuna and mix tuna, greek yogurt, lemon juice, dijon, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.

This salad will keep in the fridge for a couple of days. It is also great with shredded chicken!
