Crunchy Cabbage Tuna Salad
This tuna salad is the perfect lunch, it's fresh and quick to make!
Ingredients

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Red Cabbage, Finely sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Romaine Lettuce, Finely sliced
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Green Onion (Scallion)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parsley, Chopped

- Drain tuna and mix tuna, greek yogurt, lemon juice, dijon, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Thinly slice cabbage and lettuce, add to a large bowl along with onion and parsley.
- Add tuna to salad and thoroughly combine.
Notes
This salad will keep in the fridge for a couple of days. It is also great with shredded chicken!
