These Dot Date Cakes are my wholesome twist on the viral Dot Cakes! They're no-bake, gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with simple ingredients - perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or whenever you're craving something sweet!

  1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until a thick, smooth filling forms.
  4. Spoon the filling into each date, gently pressing it into the center.
  5. Spread or pipe a layer of dairy-free vanilla frosting over the top of each stuffed date.
  6. Dip the frosted side into dye-free rainbow sprinkles until evenly coated.
