No-Bake Brownie Bars
These no-bake chocolate brownie bars are vegan, gluten-free, rich, fudgy, and made with just 7 simple ingredients! They’re naturally sweetened and come together in minutes. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon snacks, or whenever you’re craving something chocolatey.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Prunes (dried plums), Pitted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almonds, Raw

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Flax Seed, Whole, Ground Flaxseed
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk) - Pascha Chocolate Co., Or any dairy-free chips

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter, any nut or seed butter

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the almonds to a food processor and pulse until coarse crumbs form.
- Add the chocolate chips and flaxseed and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- Add the prunes, cocoa powder, nut or seed butter, maple syrup, to the food processor. Process until a thick, fudgy mixture forms.
- Add almond mixture to the food processor and pulse a few times, just until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Slice into 12–14 bars and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
