- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, finely diced (optional)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped octopus and let it marinate in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes so it absorbs the citrus flavor.
- Fold in the cucumber, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Gently mix in the avocado right before serving so it stays creamy and intact.
- Taste and adjust... add more lime for brightness or a little more sweetener if you want balance.
