EASY Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
This recipe is basic and so easy to throw together but don't underestimate how amazing this meal will be! It is one of my favorites to make ahead for meal prep lunches throughout the week. It's so easy to swap the veggie and seasoning choices to keep the meal fresh so you'll never get tired of it or it's simplicity!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Chicken Sausage, (Your favorite chicken sausage)
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Sweet Potato, chopped
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Red Onion, chopped
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- 1. Slice your Chicken Sausage into rounds alongside your chopped veggies.
- 2. Arrange the veggies on a parchment lined sheet tray.
- 3. Drizzle with Avocado Oil over the veggies then add Meat & Potatoes seasoning and toss to cover them all.
- 4. Add Chicken Sausage to the sheet tray with the veggies.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring the chicken sausage and veggies halfway through.
- Enjoy!!
