These grilled peaches are the perfect summer dessert. They take just 10 minutes to whip up, and you can add any toppings you'd like! My secret to these is sprinkling date sugar on top of the halved peaches and lightly torching it. This gives them a caramelized top and makes them extra sweet!

  1. Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
  2. Heat an indoor grill or outdoor bbq. If using an indoor grill, lightly grease with some olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches on the grill for about 2-4 minutes, until you see the grill marks.
  4. Remove from the grill and place on a serving tray.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of date sugar and use a kitchen torch to lightly caramelize the top of the peaches.
  6. Top with ice cream, balsamic glaze, or any other toppings of your choice!
