Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. To a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Use a cookie scooper to scoop the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, then take a spoon to create a well in the center of the yogurt.
  3. Add a sprinkle of the praline nuts in the center of your yogurt, then freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Melt your chocolate wafers and coconut oil over a double boiler (or microwave in 20-25 second increments) until the chocolate is smooth.
  5. Remove yogurt clusters from the freezer, then place in the melted chocolate and coat both sides.
  6. Place back on the parchment paper, then top the chocolate coated yogurt clusters with more crushed nuts, and freeze for 15-20 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

How to freeze: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to one month.
