Frozen Yogurt Nut Clusters
These frozen yogurt nut clusters are the perfect high-protein and no-bake snack! Made with simple ingredients and combines a smooth and crunchy texture your tastebuds will love.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Nutterie Praline Love Mix, (or any mixture of praline coated nuts)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chocolate Melting Wafers - Bake Believe
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Use a cookie scooper to scoop the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, then take a spoon to create a well in the center of the yogurt.
- Add a sprinkle of the praline nuts in the center of your yogurt, then freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt your chocolate wafers and coconut oil over a double boiler (or microwave in 20-25 second increments) until the chocolate is smooth.
- Remove yogurt clusters from the freezer, then place in the melted chocolate and coat both sides.
- Place back on the parchment paper, then top the chocolate coated yogurt clusters with more crushed nuts, and freeze for 15-20 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
How to freeze: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to one month.
