Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven at 400F
  2. In a bowl add your potatoes, lemon juice, lemon-infused olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, crushed garlic cloves and cayenne pepper, mix well
  3. Place potatoes in an oven-safe dish
  4. Roast for 30min
  5. Remove from oven and add your melted butter on top
  6. Bake for another 20-30min or until nice and golden brown
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

You can also make these ahead of time and reheat them once your guests arrive for a hosting trick! They're great in the air fryer the next day. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice if needed!
