  1. Boil pasta according to the package
  2. Juice lemons and set aside the juice
  3. Reserve pasta water and set aside
  4. Drain your pasta and place it back into the pot
  5. Add your butter, salt, pasta water, and chili flakes
  6. Plate the pasta into your choice of bowl
  7. Garnish with parmesan, and parsley, and serve
