Frozen Chocolate Protein Squares
My protein chocolate peanut butter ice cream bars are my most saved and shared recipe to date, and I had several requests for a peanut free version so here you go!
These are 3 ingredients, high in protein, and are perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth! If you loved my original version, I promise you’ll love these too! You can't taste the cottage cheese at all, so don't let that scare you away!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat
- 0.5 - 0.75 cup0.5 - 0.75 cup0.5 - 0.75 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co., melted (amount depending on sweet tooth ;))

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw

- Blend everything together until smooth.
- Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and freeze 3 hours before cutting into bars.
- Store in the freezer and let sit for a few minutes to thaw before eating.
