Frozen Chocolate Protein Squares (Edit recipe)

My protein chocolate peanut butter ice cream bars are my most saved and shared recipe to date, and I had several requests for a peanut free version so here you go! These are 3 ingredients, high in protein, and are perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth! If you loved my original version, I promise you’ll love these too! You can't taste the cottage cheese at all, so don't let that scare you away!

  1. Blend everything together until smooth.
  2. Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and freeze 3 hours before cutting into bars.
  3. Store in the freezer and let sit for a few minutes to thaw before eating.
