Fudgey Good Brownies (Edit recipe)

The best fudgey brownies you will ever have. There is a secret ingredient in them that gives them the extra fudgey taste. What is that? Iced coffee!!! You can’t even taste the iced coffee in the brownie itself after it’s cooked. But the iced coffee sure does make a moist brownie! These are so good and perfect to take a to your gathering over the weekend!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add your coffee and egg. Whisk together. Then add all your other ingredients. Mix together until the brownie batter is formed. Pour into brownie pan.
  4. Place pan in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Once done, turn off oven and remove brownies.
  5. (Optional step) Top with more chocolate chips and place back in the oven to let them melt. Once the chocolate chips are melted (about 1 minute), using a knife, spread the chocolate all around.
  6. Let the chocolate harden, slice and enjoy!
