Gingerbread Granola Bars
Winter flavors mixed with a simple snack perfect for lunchboxes gets you these gingerbread granola bars.
I love having these in the fridge ready to go for a simple snack or lunchbox companion. They are naturally sweetened and full of fiber for your little ones!

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup One Degree Organic Oats
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hemp Hearts
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ground Ginger
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ground Allspice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Molasses
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cashew Butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Divide into your granola bar mold and bake at 350 for 18-20 min. (alternatively, you could press into a parchment paper lined loaf pan). Let cool for at least 20 min before removing from mold or cutting.
