Gluten-Free Cauliflower Steaks
This easy, and flavorful way to roast cauliflower is sure to make any cauliflower skeptic into a cauliflower lover! Crispy edges, tender center, full of flavor from the Steak Seasoning, parmesan cheese, and garlic butter, this side dish will be one you turn to for your weekly meal plan!
Ingredients
- 2 head2 head2 head Cauliflower
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Steak Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Salted

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic, pressed

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parsley, Flat Leaf, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to bake at 400 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash two heads of cauliflower, and cut the stems from the cauliflower.
- Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch "steaks". You may have extra cauliflower that breaks apart, and you can simply toss those pieces with oil, and seasoning, and roast them along side the steaks.
- Lay the cauliflower steaks flat on the baking sheet, and spray with avocado oil spray, or brush with oil.
- Sprinkle the Primal Palate Steak Seasoning, and then grate the parm over the cauliflower.
- Place the tray of cauliflower in the oven, and roast until the cauliflower is fork tender, and brown and crispy on the outsides, approximately 30 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, heat the butter in a small saucepan with the pressed mixed in.
- When the cauliflower is removed from the oven, drizzle the cauliflower with the garlic butter, and the sprinkle with the chopped fresh parsley.
