Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring each time until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler for melting.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the melted chocolate evenly in a thin layer on the parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers evenly over the melted chocolate.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  5. Once hardened, break the bark into pieces and savor the deliciousness of this easy, no-bake treat!

Notes

For an allergy-friendly version, select gluten and dairy free ingredients. Before enjoying, remove from the freezer and let it sit for approximately 10 minutes to allow the marshmallows to soften up. The thickness of your bark can be adjusted by how thickly you spread the chocolate; a thinner spread results in thinner bark, while a thicker spread creates a chunkier bark.
