Gnocchi Bolognese
This one skillet Gnocchi Bolognese is so delicious and a perfect for a quick and easy dinner! I used cauliflower gnocchi to keep it Whole30 compatible but you can use regular if you prefer. The sauce is rich and hearty and makes the best leftovers for lunch! Your whole family will love this one!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Cauliflower Gnocchi - Trader Joe's
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, diced
- 24 oz24 oz24 oz Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce, or sauce of choice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Basil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Nutritional Yeast, optional but recommended

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions. If using cauliflower gnocchi I like to brown in 2 tbsp ghee until golden, move to plate.
- Heat oil in same pan
- Add beef and onion cooking till beef is no longer pink
- Add sauce and spice, stirring to combine
- Add nutritional yeast, stirring well
- Add gnocchi back to pan and simmer 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
