This one skillet Gnocchi Bolognese is  so delicious and a perfect for a quick and easy dinner!  I used cauliflower gnocchi to keep it Whole30 compatible but you can use regular if you prefer.  The sauce is rich and hearty and makes the best leftovers for lunch!  Your whole family will love this one!
