- 111 Egg, Pasture-raised
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cassava Flour (Certified Non-GMO) - Otto’s Naturals
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Salty Dark Chocolate Bar - Hu
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Let’s Bake 👩🍳:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small skillet.
- 2. Blend dates, hot water, and butter until smooth. I used my @vitamix
- 3. In a bowl whisk an egg, add date mixture, and vanilla.
- 4. Add cacao, flours, salt, and baking soda. Mix until combined.
- 5. Fold in chocolate gems. Optional.
- 6. Pour batter into the skillet, press chocolate chunk into the center, and bake 15-18 min.
- 7. Sprinkle with flaky salt. Grab a spoon and dig in!
