Greek Salad
This is not your traditional Greek salad, but it’s the salad you love to eat at your favourite Greek restaurant.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Tomato
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cucumber
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Kalamata Olives
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Juice (Green)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Oregano
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Instructions
- Wash and cut all your vegetables to desired size.
- In you salad bowl, add your oil, vinegar, olive juice, Dijon and spices.
- Whisk until combined.
- Add your lettuce in and top with vegetables.
- In a sealed container, dressing is great in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
