This BBQ chicken flatbread is a super easy and flavorful recipe. Kefir and Einkorn flour make the flatbread super gut friendly, and using a probiotic sour cream amps it up even more! this is the recipe for a single flatbread, but feel free to double, triple, or even quadruple it!

I like to bake my flatbreads ahead and freeze them, then when I am ready to bake I thaw them out in the fridge and pop them in the oven with the toppings!
