Halloween Dirt Cups
I’ve always loved this childhood classic! Mine is made with homemade vegan avocado pudding, grain-free + gluten-free + vegan chocolate cookies, and low sugar gummy worms.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Avocado
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cashew Milk, or any milk you like
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Primal Palate Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cacao Powder - Navitas Organics
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Grain-Free Mexican Chocolate Cookies - Siete Foods
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Gummy Worms - Surf Sweets

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all pudding ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add pudding to small jars, cool in the refrigerator if desired, then top with crumbled chocolate cookies and gummy worms
- Store leftovers in refrigerator and enjoy!
Notes
If making ahead of time, store pudding in the fridge and assemble right before serving!
