Healing Watermelon Mint Juice
This watermelon mint juice has lime for some brightness and coconut water to make it even more hydrating. It’s absolutely delicious, refreshing, and pretty filling too!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Water
- 555 Mint Leaves
- 1/21/21/2 Lime, juiced
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 10 gram10 gram10 gram Collagen, unflavored (1 scoop)

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until liquified.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or clean kitchen towel (gets rid of the pulp and makes for a perfectly smooth glass of juice).
- Pour over ice, and enjoy!
