Healthier Little Debbie Cakes
These healthier version of the little Debbie cakes are the best. They’re honestly so easy to make that it’s truly pointless buying them in the store. You can make them with your own cake recipe or use a healthier box cake. We used Miss Jones, but simple mills would also be a great alternative.

- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until completely cooked through.
- In your sand mixer, add your heavy, whipping cream, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder. Mixed together until it’s light and fluffy. Put the mix in a piping bag.
- Once the cake is cold, using a Christmas cookie cutter, cut Christmas tree shapes out of the cake. Put two together to make a sandwich. Fill the middle with the heavy whipping cream mixture. Place in the fridge to let it get cold.
- While the cakes are getting cold, melt your white chocolate.
- Once the cakes are ready, dipped in white chocolate. Add your Christmas sprinkles and let the white chocolate harden.
