With this summer heat, I'm finding myself craving anything refreshing, and nothing hits the spot more than a piña colada. I turned this favorite flavor combo into a super simple smoothie that also has protein and simple, nourishing ingredients, so it's really a win-win all around. Trust me, you'll find yourself craving this for a warm weather breakfast or snack soon as well!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks, (1 generous cup)
- 111 Banana, frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, can sub for coconut yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened, for topping
