- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Green Onion (Scallion), Sliced

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parsley, Flat Leaf, Chopped
