Healthy Strawberry Popsicles
These healthy strawberry popsicles are made with real fruit, dairy free yogurt and even contain hidden veggies. This strawberry popsicle recipe is great for kids (and adults) - the perfect way to cool down during the hot summer months.
Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Frozen Strawberries, (about 2 heaping cups)
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Pineapple, Frozen, (about 2 heaping cups)
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Beets, Pre-Cooked, (about 170g)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Yogurt, Plain, (I used coconut yogurt)
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Real Salt - Redmond
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place all popsicle ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend, using the tamper as needed, until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone popsicle mold.
- Place the top cover on the popsicle mold and then insert a popsicle stick into each slot.
- Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 8 hours to set.
- Once set, remove popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
