Healthy Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
Strawberry yogurt popsicles are delicious and healthy which make them the perfect frozen treat for your children! Even if you have a picky eater on your hands, this is the perfect way to get them to eat fresh fruit and yogurt. These popsicles are rich in Vitamin C, protein, fiber and probiotics.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Yogurt, sweetened (see notes)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add strawberries to a mixing bowl and mash them to your desired texture or blend in a blender.
- Add yogurt and mix together until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness, if necessary.
- Fill your popsicle tray with the yogurt mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Store remaining popsicles in a freezer bag with as much air removed as possible. They can last for up to 3 months.
Notes
If using unsweetened plain Greek yogurt, add 1/4 cup honey and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
