Hidden Veggie Chocolate Muffins
These double chocolate chip muffins are absolutely delicious and have a ton of nutrients in them. You would not believe me if I told you there 3 cups of spinach in this batter. You can’t taste it and you also can’t see it. The kids love these and truly think they are dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Spinach
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a food processor, add your eggs, bananas and spinach. Blend. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Add all of your other ingredients and stir together.
- Pour into a greased cupcake / muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
