No bake, melt in your mouth, high protein and nutrient dense cookies n cream cookie dough, dipped in a crunchy white chocolate for the ultimate smooth + crunchy indulgence. Gluten free and refined sugar free!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend together all your cookie dough ingredients, minus cookies, scraping the sides in between to fully incorporate and smooth your mixture
  2. Add in cookies and pulse a few seconds to lightly crush
  3. Pour into loaf tin lined with parchment paper
  4. Freeze for 4+ hours (texture is softer than traditional cookie dough- it's more like a mix of ice cream and cookie dough combined!)
  5. Melt white chocolate in 20 seconds intervals, stirring in btwn
  6. Fold in one crushed oreo type cookie
  7. Slice into squares and dip into chocolate mixture with a fork, then place on parchment paper and back to the freezer until coating is fully hardened
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Store in an air tight container in the freezer
