This is one of the easiest and tastiest treats you can make, especially if you’re looking to get more protein in! You can combine any flavors you want, but I wanted a classic flavor… peanut butter and chocolate. I’m obsessed with these!!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, peanut butter and walnuts. Stir together.
  2. On a piece of parchment paper, spoon the yogurt into the ice cream sandwich size you want. Place in the freezer to let it harden for about 10 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate. Spread chocolate on top of the ice cream sandwiches. Place back in the freezer. Let it set for about 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!

Notes

You can swap out the Greek yogurt for a non dairy yogurt if you prefer. You can swap out the peanut butter for my nut butter of choice!
