Hoisin Sauce
One of my favorite Asian appetizers is chicken satay. I just love the salty, sweet and spicy peanut based dipping sauce that it comes with. I even used to make a chicken stir fry dish with the same sauce. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to make it until now. This sauce is the perfect addition to stir fry’s as well as meat skewers on the grill.
