Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Cream butter + sugars until light and fluffy (about 1–2 minutes).
  3. Mix in: Peanut butter, Egg, Vanilla
  4. Add: Baking soda
  5. Stir in: Gluten-free oats, flour and M&M’s/Chocolate chips
  6. Scoop 2 Tbsp dough balls onto baking sheet.
  7. Slightly flatten tops.
  8. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Cool 10 minutes before transferring (they firm up as they cool).

Notes

For extra thick cookies: chill dough 30 minutes.
