Homemade Freezer Pops
These are such a great summer snack for kids AND adults alike! I made 6 different flavors, but feel free to play around with different combinations. My flavors include: piña colada (white), mango (yellow), honeydew lime (light green), tropical smoothie (green), strawberry watermelon (red), berry lemon (purple).
Popsicle Mold Bags
Ingredients
Piña colada
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Pineapple, cubed
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Coconut Milk, Full fat (cream & water)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Honey
Mango
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Mango, frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Honey
Honeydew Lime
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Honeydew melon
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
Tropical Smoothie
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Pineapple, cubed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Orange Juice
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Raw Honey
Strawberry Watermelon
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Watermelon, Cubed
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Strawberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raw Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Lemon Juice
Berry Lemon
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raw Honey

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend your ingredients for each flavor together. If you are using frozen fruit, thaw at toom temperature for 15 minutes.
- Pour into freeze pop bags using funnel and seal.
- Lay flat in the freezer and freeze for about 6 hours or overnight.
