Your favorite 4th of July cookout treat couldn't be easier to make! With minimal ingredients and no artificial dyes, you can feel good about enjoying these with the kiddos poolside this summer. I got the rocket popsicle molds HERE

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place yogurt in the freezer until ready to use
  2. Process / blend strawberries, lemonade, and yogurt together until smooth
  3. Pour into 1/3 popsicle mold and place in freezer until next layer is ready
  4. Process together frozen yogurt and lemonade, then pour overtop red layer of popsicles
  5. If your yogurt is not frozen this layer will be very fine. You want it to freeze for at least 40 min before pouring blue layer over top or it will bleed together
  6. Once thick / solid, process together blue ingredients and pour overtop white, then place popsicle mold stick in, and place in the freezer for 2 hours +

Notes

Too many blueberries will turn your blue layer purple! if you want the blueberry lemonade taste then I'd do just 1-2 tbsp of blueberries. Or you can omit them. The blue spirulina alone will turn this layer bright blue
