Homemade Healthy Bomb Pops!
Your favorite 4th of July cookout treat couldn't be easier to make! With minimal ingredients and no artificial dyes, you can feel good about enjoying these with the kiddos poolside this summer. I got the rocket popsicle molds HERE
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Sweetened with stevia
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Blueberries, See notes
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process / blend strawberries & lemonade together until smooth
- Pour into 1/3 popsicle mold and place in freezer until next layer is ready
- Stir together yogurt and vanilla protein powder (feel free to omit. Thick Greek yogurt alone or with sweetener will still be thick enough) then pour overtop red layer of popsicles
- Stir together blue ingredients and pour overtop white, then place popsicle mold stick in, and place in the freezer for 3hours +
- Enjoy!
Notes
Too many blueberries will turn your blue layer purple! Only include them if you want the blueberry taste. Or you can omit them. The blue spirulina alone will turn this layer bright blue
