Honey Dijon Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 555 Carrots, (large)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp SideDish Honey Dijon
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the carrots into evenly sized strips. Season with salt and pepper and place cut side down on a sheet pan.
- Combine Honey Dijon, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and garlic into a small bowl.
- Using a basting brush, brush on the sauce to the carrots making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake the carrots for 25-30 minutes or until tender. They should still have a slight crunch to them and shouldn't be mushy.
- Save the extra sauce for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
