Honey Dijon Glazed Carrots

- 555 Carrots, (large)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp SideDish Honey Dijon
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the carrots into evenly sized strips. Season with salt and pepper and place cut side down on a sheet pan.
