Indian Air Fried Shoestring fries
These Shoestring fries are addictive, air fried to perfection with Indian spices and served with a cool sriracha dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Shoe String Fries (potato)
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder
- Himalayan Pink Salt, (or as per taste)
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Turmeric
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Asafoetida Powder
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Ground Cumin, powder
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Turmeric Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Chili Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp ground Coriander

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Toss in all the seasonings over the cut shoestring fries and mix well to ensure that all the fries are well coated in them.
- Line the air fryer basket with foil and spray oil.
- Air fry on 400 F for about 17-18 minutes until done. Toss and turn every now and then to ensure the shoestring potatoes are cooked evenly.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy warm with a cooling dip.
