  1. Mix all spices, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl (if using regular pink salt, mix in with dressing). This will be your dressing.
  2. Lay arugula or greens of choice in a salad bowl or plate.
  3. Lay slices of oranges on top of the arugula.
  4. Drizzle dressing all over the salad, adding more olive oil if necessary.
  5. If using flaky salt, sprinkle on top of the salad.
  6. Sprinkle chopped mint on top, and feta (optional).
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
