Instant Pot Steak Fajitas
Is there anything better than a one-pot recipe? We don't think so either! These Instant Pot steak fajitas are the perfect addition to your weekly menu. These tender and juicy fajitas are packed with incredible flavors and are perfect for a quick throw-together meal. You can enjoy these as a traditional fajita with tortillas, on a salad, or in a bowl with rice, the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Flank Steak, (or skirt steak) cut into long strips
- 111 Onion, diced (medium sized)
- 2-32-32-3 Bell Pepper, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Beef Bone Broth, (Bonafide Provisions)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp1 1/2 Tbsp1 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt, (Celtic Sea Salt)
- Paleo Tortillas (Pinkie's Paleotillas), or any grain-free tortillas

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut steak into long strips. Wash and chop onion and bell pepper
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
- Close, seal valve, set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes
- Once done, do a quick release by switching the valve to the venting position
- Assemble your fajitas, garnish with chopped cilantro and drizzle the remaining liquid. Optional: fresh chopped onion, lime, salsa, pico de gallo.
