Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Using the saute function on your Instant Pot, saute the meat with oil and onions until browned.
  2. Add garlic, bell pepper and other dry seasonings and saute for 3 more minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and set your Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes. Be sure the "keep warm" button is not illuminated/activated.
  4. Allow to naturally release (do not touch it once cycle is complete) for 10 minutes.
  5. Force release the remaining pressure by turning the valve to vent.
  6. Serve with your favorite chili fixings!
