Keto Energy Balls
These no- bake energy balls are so easy and are perfectly customizable to your taste! They make a great, healthy treat you can make ahead for a quick keto snack, low carb breakfast on the go, or grain free afternoon pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Peanut Butter Phat Dough, (1 jar)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pecans, chopped
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Lily's Keto Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Whole Flax Seed
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 10 gram10 gram10 gram Collagen, (1 scoop, optional)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1-2 Tbsp size balls, refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy!
- Feel free to adjust your additions to include your favorite mix-ins or roll the balls in some goodies for an extra crunch. We used coconut, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds, for example.
