Keto Ginger Pork Green Beans Stir Fry
This recipe for tender pork and crisp green beans is the perfect combination! Serve it with cauliflower rice for a simple, delicious meal!
Ingredients
- 500 grams500 grams500 grams Pork Shoulder, thinly sliced
- 250 grams250 grams250 grams Green Beans, cut in half
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Wheat-free Tamari
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sake
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Homemade Keto Mirin (click for recipe)
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Allulose, or another sweetener
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Ginger Root, julienned
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Fresh Black Peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Thinly slice the pork against the grain. Velvet the pork as per my my velveted beef recipe.
- In a bowl, mix Tamari, sake, keto mirin, sesame oil and allulose. Mix and set aside.
- Optional: blanch the green beans in a pot of hot water with some avocado oil. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat a wok to medium-high heat. Add in the avocado oil, crushed garlic and julienned ginger.
- Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant then add in the pork. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the sauce and continue sautéing.
- Add in the green bean, and sauté for 1-3 minutes until tender and crisp, but not overcooked.
- Season with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
