Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & peanut butter.
- remove from heat, then add vanilla extract.
- in a food processor, combine all dry ingredients; blitz into a flour.
- to a large bowl, add dry ingredients, then pour & mix in wet ingredients.
- using a medium cookie scoop, add pb bar mixture to mini silicon muffin tins.
- to make protein ganache, add chocolate, peanut butter, & protein powder to a bowl & microwave in 15-30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted.
- using a small cookie scoop, add & spread protein ganache on top of each bite + add a sprinkle of salt.
- freeze for 15-20 minutes before popping out of muffin tins.
